The links below are to Coronavirus (Wuhan Virus) data sites I have watched. My personal insights with all of them are;
- ⦿ What we know when this started could fill a pamphlet, what we didn’t know could fill a set of encyclopedias.
- ⦿ As time goes by and data is collected our conclusions should and will change. Keep an open mind.
- ⦿ Expert’s and laymen’s conclusions are only as accurate as the data they read and the bias they have as human beings.
I studied introductory data analytics and used that experience to judge sites using the John Hopkins Dashboard as a benchmark as an insightful tool. Here are my criteria.
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Data presented in a single interactive dashboard (viz) with insightful details
- ⭐⭐⭐☆ - Data presented in multiple interactive dashboards (viz) and tables with insightful details
- ⭐⭐⭐ - Data organized on a single page with tables and charts but not as an inclusive dashboard
- ⭐⭐ - Data detailed but not organized in a dashboard or in a single page for clear insight without searching
- ⭐ - Data present but not detailed enough to draw conclusions
- ⏳ - New, still reviewing
